What is not included, on any plan
- Identity and address verification. These need a regulated identity provider. They are not live yet, and no plan charges for them.
- Criminal-record or Garda vetting. Not offered.
- A guaranteed answer. We cannot make an employer respond. If a request goes unanswered, withdraw it and send it to another contact — a withdrawn request does not use up your allowance.

Answering a verification request and reading a shared profile cost nothing and need no account.
A team workspace — requesting verification from candidates, tracking outstanding requests, assigning staff and keeping an organisation-level audit trail — is in development with a small number of Irish employers and agencies. Planned from €149 a month.
